“Thank You” just never seems adequate does it, when you think of all the young men that never came home from combat during World War II, young men that were Josh, Barry, and Jeff’s age. Even our family lost men, namely Mother’s brother-in-law Glenn, and cousin Rudy. But you know how proud your grandparents were of their service to their country and had the honor flight started before Dad passed away, he would be one of the first to sign up. To hear these men relive their time in the service, makes me tear up. It is as real today and it was then and still has a profound effect on their lives. We owe them so much.
